Anastasia Heywood is a property investor, developer & interior designer with a special interest in impact investing derived from her decade in not-for-profits prior to property.
Anastasia has 10+ years experience of luxury residential in prime central London (as seen below) having completed over twenty five million pounds worth of projects in Central London.




IQRA Devlopments
Ashford Yard and its neighbour Longstone Yard; are Anastasia’s first developments outside London creating a 26 unit development in Eastbourne with a GDV in excess of GBP 5 million. This led to the formation of IQRA developments.

Impact Investing
Anastasia also has a decade of experience in not-for profits, entrepreneurial start-ups and investment banking in addition to a twenty year property resume.
For example working at (HRH King Charles III) Princes Youth Business Trust and also as Chief Executive of the UK’s first digital only not-for-profit YouthNet & its award winning websites Do-it and TheMix.org. Anastasia built the UK’s National Volunteering database which is used by millions of organisations and individuals to volunteer for the causes of their choice. This has led to a special interest in Impact Investing where investor returns are optimised alongside social good.
Anastasia has an MBA, and started her career at JPMorgan & Goldman Sachs before moving into entrepreneurial not-for-profits and then her own development company. She lives in Brighton & Hove with her family.
